We worked with Will while we were buying a condo in Okoboji. Will was actually working for the seller but helped us close the saleI was so impressed with how he dealt with the elderly sellers by making our sale happen so the couple could close on another house out of town within 24 hours.Would use Will for any buying/selling in the area
